  • Location: Sacramento, CA
  • Clinic Schedule: 8a – 5p; No Call – may involve some weekends
    Specialty: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Family Medicine
  • Dates:  ASAP – ongoing
  • Duties: Performs primary care and out patient services – will handle virtual visits for Clinics and Express Care and will float to different clinic locations within the Sacramento/Elk Grove/Auburn, Natomas areas.
  • Patient Ages: All ages
  • Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
  • EMR: EPIC
