Hospitalist – Nocturnist

Flagship facility in need of Nocturnist for 640-bed tertiary care center

Shifts:  7 on, 7 off, 7:00pm – 7:00am
Duties:  Rounding on inpatient population with phone consults; will manage ICU patients but all Specialists are available for consults
Procedures:  No procedures required other than simple vents
Specialists:  All Specialties represented and available for back-up
Codes:  Code Blue required but no Rapid Response
Patient Census:  18-20 patients per day
ICU:  Open
Teams:  14 day teams and 3 night teams, with 1 APP
EMR:  Cerner
Credentialing:  6-8 weeks
