  • Dates of Coverage: ASAP Upon Completion of Credentialing Ongoing
  • Schedule:  Monday through Friday (8:00am – 8:00pm), Saturday (8:00am – 6:00pm) Sunday (1:00 – 5:00pm)
  • Patient Volume: Varies by location — 30-40 patients per day
  • Certification/Experience:  Certified in Specialty Board and BLS/ACLS // Must have Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine Experience
  • Credentialing: 30-45 Days
  • EMR:  Practice Velocity
